사도 베드로가, 고난(suffering)은 악하게 되어지기 위해서가 아니라 선하게 되어지기 위해서

창세 전에 하나님의 작정 안에서 결정된 것이라고, 세례로 예를 들어 설명하는 말씀을 함께 나누었습니다.

지난 시간에 이어 이번 주일에도,

그 세례가 무엇인지 다시 한 번 설명하는 구절을 함께 나누겠습니다.

+ 베드로전서 3:17-22 (1 Peter 3:17-22)

그리고, 승연이의 질문 "여섯째 날에 아담이 살고 있었을 때 공룡도 함께 살고 있었나요?" 를 통해

'일' 부터 '십' 까지 그 문자 안에 담겨진 의미들을 함께 나누겠습니다.

아이들의 질문으로 인해,

저 또한 더불어 하나님의 말씀 안에 담겨겨 있는 진리에 조금씩 눈을 뜨고 있습니다.

모든 것이 합력하여 하나님의 하나님 되심 곧 하나님의 영광만을 드러내고 있다는 데에 동의되어 집니다.

Apostles Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth:

And (I believe in) in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary, Suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified,

(was) dead, and (was) buried:
He descended into hell;

The third day he rose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven (1 Peter 3:18-22),
And sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty (Psalms 80:17, Romans 8:29-39);
From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead (John 5:21-27, 2 Timothy 5:1-5).

I believe in the Holy Spirit;
(I believe in) The holy universal Church;
(I believe in) The Communion of Saints;
(I believe in) The Forgiveness of sins;
(I believe in) The Resurrection of the body,
And (I believe in) the Life everlasting.
